Ignite Battle at the Brickyard (July 23-26)

The Arrive and Drive Package Includes: ($1,695)

Ignite K3 Owner Tent Support Package Includes: (packages from $500)

Additional Information:

• Ignite K3 weight (dry), ready to race: 159 pounds.
• All A&D karts will start practice on new Hoosier R80 tires. Those will be the only set of tires allowed for the duration of the event.
• Recommended starting gear is 19t/61t (19t is mandatory for all competitors).
• No 'laydown' seats allowed.
• Standard B & S 206 engine rules will be enforced.
• No 'Gold Cup' style noses allowed, only KG bodywork (any style) in unaltered form is allowed.
• KG RS3 rear bumpers are mandatory, must be adjust to cover at least 1/2 the width of the rear tire.
• In the event of rain, there will be a $300 surcharge for A&D customers to cover the additional set of rain wheels and new Hoosier WET tires.
• MyChron 5's are available and will be pre-installed for those who choose to rent.  It is permissible to bring and install your own MyChron gauge.  EGT probe installation is NOT allowed.
• We will provide 'shared' mechanics who will assist you with mechanical help and set-up suggestions as required.  We suggest that you bring your own basic tools and tire pressure gauge.
• All safety gear must be supplied by the driver.   
• All drivers will be required to sign a Liability Release and crash damage acknowledgement. Drivers under 18 will also require a minors release form.
• USAC class entry fee is NOT included in the $1,695 arrive & drive charge.  Battle at the Brickyard Entry is separate and can be completed HERE. 
• Transponders are not included in the arrive & drive, but are available for rent.
• Yes, you can purchase your race kart after the event.  CONTACT US for more information.

Rules Information:

• LO206 engines will utilize the Hilliard Flame clutch with 19t drive sprocket
• All wheels will be spec DWT: 135mm fronts (#75329) and 7 3/4" rears (#75415)
• Any competitor is eligible, including previous Daytona, RIGP and Brickyard Ignite class winners.
• New Hoosier R80 tires are not required at any point during the weekend.  You can qualify on used tires.  The tires you qualify on will be the tires you are required to use for the rest of the day. You can run a different set of tires on the second race day.

Weekend Schedule (Subject to Change):

• Thursday, July 23rd: USAC registration opens at 11am, Margay tent opens to competitors at 1pm, Margay led trackwalk at 3pm, Group dinner at Speedway Indoor Karting 7pm.
• Friday, July 24th: Pits open at 7am, USAC driver's meeting at 8am, Margay driver's meeting at 8:30am, practice from 8:30am - 5:30pm, pits close at 7pm.
• Saturday, July 25th: Pits open at 7am, practice at 9am, heat races at 1:15pm, pits close at 8pm.
• Sunday, July 26th: Pits open at 7am, practice at 8am, races at 10am.
