Our Ignite arrive & drive program continues to grow. We're looking for part-time mechanics with the ability to work weekend events in support of our racing customers. Event locations include Daytona, Indy, Quincy, IL, Gateway (St. Louis), Springfield, IL, New Castle, IN, Etc. Events are typically 2-4 days. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: -Running a daily race program with multiple drivers, typically, though not limited to the Ignite program powered by the Briggs & Stratton Racing 206 engine. -Provide a safe, fun & competitive racing experience for the customer -General kart, engine & clutch maintenance -Insure that designated karts are maintained to the highest level possible -Manage a clean, well-organized work area
